A Logo for MTV Networks International. This logo design needed to function as both a logo and as a “housing unit”
for one or more MTV Networks International brands. So it had to be flexible in its use – it needed to function on it’s
own and also allow for other logos to be placed within it.

The objective of this project was to create a logo design for a child care center in Hawaii. I especially wanted to
create a logo that would appeal to children and be warm and inviting. So, we did research and found that children
are most attracted to bright colors and easily recognizable shapes. The cloud and rainbow forms of the logo and the
bright colors felt right for this project – it has both a “Hawaii feel” as well as utilizes kid-friendly shapes. I felt the
design would convey the attitude and objectives of the center appropriately to its clientele.
